BANK REFERRALS
Many community and regional banks encounter strong customers whose financing needs fall outside their lending parameters. We can provide SBA and government-guaranteed lending solutions while allowing the referring bank to retain the primary banking relationship.
In many cases, our lending partners will not solicit deposits or treasury relationships from customers referred by another financial institution. This allows the referring bank to maintain the depository relationship while we provide the loan solution.
Once the financing is in place, we step back, allowing the customer’s ongoing banking relationship to remain with the referring institution.
BUSINESS BROKERS
We understand how important deal certainty is in a transaction. That is why we support business brokers in two key ways:
• We can provide referral compensation of up to 1 percent of the loan amount, where permitted
• We prequalify both the deal and the buyer to ensure offers are coming from financially capable purchasers
This helps reduce failed transactions and gives sellers greater confidence that a buyer can actually close.
COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE BROKERS
For owner-occupied commercial real estate purchases, we help ensure buyers are financially qualified before they go under contract.
We provide:

• Preliminary sizing of loan eligibility
• Guidance on SBA occupancy requirements
