Flexible Capital Solutions helps business owners secure the right capital for acquisitions, real estate, expansion, and refinancing. Our approach is built on real-world lending experience, deep knowledge of SBA programs, and practical structuring that aligns with how lenders actually make credit decisions.
We focus on financing solutions for small and mid-sized businesses, including:
Experience That Matters
Our leadership brings hands-on experience across SBA, USDA, NMTC, and structured commercial lending programs. We help clients understand how these programs work in the real world and design financing that supports long-term success.
Institutional Lending Perspective
Our principal serves as a Vice President and Business Development Officer in SBA Lending at a leading national SBA lending institution. When a transaction aligns with that institution’s credit profile, that path is evaluated first. When it does not, we may help identify alternative capital sources so clients still have a viable path forward.
Clear Communication
Financing decisions are time-sensitive. We return calls and emails promptly and keep clients informed throughout the process.
We work closely with banks, business brokers, commercial real estate brokers, CPAs, attorneys, and consultants who serve business owners.
When appropriate and permitted, referral compensation may be available. We also help prequalify transactions and buyers early, improving deal certainty and reducing last-minute financing issues.
Flexible Capital Solutions provides independent financing advisory and structuring support.
When a financing request aligns with the SBA lending platform where our leadership is actively involved, that path is typically explored first. In those cases, Flexible Capital Solutions does not receive a referral fee from that institution.
When a transaction is placed with another lending partner, the lending institution may pay a referral or advisory fee, where permitted. SBA 504 transactions and certain specialty programs may involve different compensation structures, which are discussed transparently as part of the process.
Our role is always to help identify the financing structure that best aligns with the borrower’s needs, regardless of funding source.
